We are a London-based experiential marketing agency looking for a dynamic and proactive Staffing Project Manager to support both the staffing and account management sides of our activations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with experience in both event staffing and client account coordination, ready to play a key role in delivering smooth and successful brand activations for a major client. Key Responsibilities Staffing Operations
- Lead recruitment for live activations: write & post ads, screen applicants, and manage onboarding
- Develop and deliver training & briefing decks
- Organise and host staff training sessions (in-person & virtual)
- Ensure quality and suitability of recruited staff
- Conduct site visits and live activation check-ins
- Act as on-call point of contact during activations (phone support + site attendance) - - Coordinate EM & AEM briefings, and arrange travel & accommodation where necessary
- Maintain and update staff database and portal
Account & Logistics Support
- Liaise with event organisers for client-sponsored events: manage RAMS, staff accreditation, and H&S documentation
- Oversee kit & uniform logistics: ordering, tracking, restocking, and delivery coordination o Ensure teams are fully briefed for setup and breakdown logistics
- Support with stock management, budget tracking and invoicing
- Upload and maintain project details on our internal workflow system
