Sitting in the heart of the Copr Bay development,

Swansea Arena

is a landmark 3,500 capacity multi-purpose indoor arena which opened its doors in March 2022. Hosting some of the most recognised names in live music, comedy and theatre, the fully-modular arena also hosts e-sports, conferences and events.


The Stage Door Receptionist is a vital part of our Back of House team, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and touring companies. This is a casual position with flexible shifts available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights--depending on the event and maintenance schedule.


The role involves close collaboration with all departments and reports to the senior Stage Door staff. Responsibilities include:

Providing a professional and welcoming presence at Stage Door Managing venue access and security protocols Operating the fire panel and overseeing building open/close procedures Preparing and maintaining the venue's eight in-house dressing rooms Coordinating internal communications between departments

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that would suit someone who is adaptable, proactive, and confident in handling a variety of tasks.
