- 7 am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday

- 7 am to 1 pm early finish on a Friday.

You must have Relevant Experience in Stainless Steel Tig welding this is not a position where Mig or Arc welding processes are used.

Duties:-

- Perform fabrication and Tig welding on stainless steel sheet and extrusion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques for each job
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust, dirt, grease, and other contaminants

- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble metal parts as needed

- Ability to finish a job to the highest of standards that "The best is the only option" that comes first.

- Be prepared to go that extra mile to meet deadlines and customer needs as they are the most important people to our business.

Qualifications and requirements:-

- Time served fabricator working with sheet metal and box section Particularly Stainless Steel
- Proven experience as a Stainless Steel TIG welder is Essential
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Familiarity with Stainless steel weld pickling using machine is key as all of our products must be cleaned and finished to the highest quality and standard, the "that is ok" attitude is not part of our practices only the best quality is expected.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Experience of CNC Brake press and/or CNC Fibre laser machines would be a very useful addition to our business.
