What You'll Do
Design and implement a tiered stakeholder engagement strategy to support GM&S' mid-term management plan program delivery
Collaborate with senior leadership to coordinate and execute program milestones
Activate program ambassadors across regions and business units
Conduct regular stakeholder 'temperature checks' and share insights with leadership
Define and monitor program KPIs, delivering clear, actionable reporting
Lead a structured cadence of program reviews, adjustments, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring to the Team
10+ years' experience in a global business environment
Deep expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications
The ability to influence and drive change at the highest levels of leadership
A proactive mindset--anticipating challenges, setting priorities, and delivering results
Strong program management and strategic communications skills
Cultural sensitivity and a collaborative approach to working across international teams
