Working within local communities across Cheshire and surrounding areas.

You will influence and inform stakeholders of the services of TOG and represent TOG at stakeholder engagement opportunities. Encourage new membership and participation of other stakeholder in TOG activities.

You will be an ambassador for our charity and promote our activities and opportunities to the local community. You will work with local communities to further build upon and support what is being offered as well as working with individuals and their families to connect them with TOG support and opportunities. To promote lived experience and leadership to all stakeholders, building and developing partnerships.

Due to a successful community lottery bid we have an exciting opportunity for Stakeholder Delivery manager to manage the expansion of Time Out Group across the northwest. This role is essential for the delivery of the project and will be a permanent feature of our team. We are looking for a strong person who can be an ambassador for the charity and engage, broker and build relationships with all our stakeholders across the Northwest. This is a very exciting time for our charity.

Main responsibilities and duties



1. Ensure that local resources within communities are mapped and work to further develop and sustain the network of partnerships with agencies, individuals and groups working in the locality.

2. Providing methods of information and signposting to all stakeholders both in the community and through our outward facing communications.

3. Responsible for the outreach of new members in to TOG activities and opportunities and managing the risk

4. Fulfilling and delivery on our 4-year expansion plans

5. Linking with influencers and connectors within the community and statutory and non-statutory organisations to encourage, support and promote the use of TOG services.

6. Maintain a direct link to current members by occasional attendance at activity sessions and by overseeing the Members' Committee to gain full understanding of their needs and wants. Ensuring we utilise digital solutions to include those who may be hard to reach.

7. Ensure that systems are in place the activity staff to Montour and record progress of the charity and their professional development.

8. Working closely with the charity director, you will have line management responsibilities for the activity coordinator team worker team and be proficient in conducting 121's, performance reviews and the initial handling of HR procedures.

9. To work as part of the management team to implement the business development plan and to operationalise elements of the plan in line with the role.

10. Contribute to the development of performance and governance strategies including the charity values and beliefs.

11. Contribute to any other reasonable duties based on the need of the charity, in line with the business development plan and skill level required.

5+ O levels/GCSE/CSE or equivalent; grades A-C including Maths & English;

Relevant qualifications in community development / information and advice

Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and an understanding approach to their needs

Significant line management experience

Experience of working collaboratively with other statutory and voluntary agencies

Experience of diagnosing individual issues and providing relevant information and support to vulnerable people to act on the information

Experience of working in the Charity environment and / or working with Volunteers;

Experience of working within a health/social care setting

Experience in working remotely, unsupervised.

Relevant experience of working within/alongside a community

Be proficient in the use of all technologies within social care and health.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to relate to people at all levels and in differing circumstances

Very good IT skills including Microsoft: Excel & Word; email, internet etc and the ability to keep accurate, up to date records using client management system;

Knowledge of the locality

Knowledge of primary care and other NHS resources

Good negotiation and presentation skills

An interest in 'people' and enabling them to be the best they can be

Strong values of dignity and respect for LD and their right to choice and control over their lives

An holistic approach to providing services and support to older people

Passionate about supporting and helping people

Is able to:
