We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Stand Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our brand stand(s) across London. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales performance, and ensuring that our brand is represented to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people management, commercial awareness, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Sales
Manage daily operations of the stand, ensuring smooth running and compliance with company procedures.
Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets through effective sales techniques and team motivation.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate timely replenishment.
Ensure the stand maintains impeccable visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Advisors or Brand Ambassadors.
Conduct regular briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Foster a culture of enthusiasm, accountability, and exceptional service.
Customer Experience
Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience consistent with the brand's image.
Resolve customer queries or issues promptly and professionally.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Reporting & Coordination
Report daily and weekly sales performance to the Area Manager.
Communicate product updates, promotions, and marketing initiatives effectively to the team.
Collaborate with support teams (Marketing, Logistics, HR) to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven retail or stand management experience (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer-service abilities.
Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Flexible and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
