Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring food safety standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages, as well as other menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and dining area. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and serving. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of customers. Excellent serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
