As a Shift Supervisor you will play a key role in providing that passion and delivering world-class customer service as well as the perfect beverage.

The main areas of responsibility include:

Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager

Providing leadership for the team to ensure a world-class customer experience

Being responsible for the day to day running of shifts

Executing store operations including promotional activity

Driving sales and profitability targets

Playing an important role in partner development and coaching

Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
