Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance sales performance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a relevant industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
