What will your day look like?

We currently have a vacancy for a

Onsite Caretaker on Static site.

Core working hours are

8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday

with extra hours sometimes required. You will carry undertake daily walks of the development ensuring all requirements are being undertaken. Be the point of contact for all customers Dealing with all customer queries across the development Carry out weekly building checks. Manage onsite staff to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard. Manage contracted works across the development. Carry out monthly site inspections. You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety. to be able to carry out maintenance tasks.

What makes a successful Grounds Maintenance Caretaker?

You will show a keen interest in Site maintenance, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous. You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense. You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care representative when on site. You will have experience of working to achieve agreed targets and completing them within an agreed time frame. You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition. You must hold a current and full

Driving Licence

(essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
