We're looking for a proactive and dedicated Station Administrator to deliver efficient and effective administrative support, playing a pivotal role in keeping our recruitment and operational processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
As a Station Administrator, you'll tackle a variety of key tasks, including:Supporting recruitment activity by attending hiring days
Completing and maintaining accurate 5-year referencing checks for all new employees.
Handling blue airport pass applications, temporary pass requests, and associated documentation.
Scanning and uploading recruitment documents into online personnel files and maintaining accurate trackers.
Supporting recruitment events on-site and assisting with general event coordination.
Managing ID passes, vehicle permits, and trade tool permits.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using O365, SharePoint, MS Office tools, and ideally Dayforce.
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
The ability to balance structure with flexibility and solve problems on your feet.
Friendly, confident communication and the ability to build strong relationships.
Aviation industry experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
A team-focused mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills.
