Permanent, Full-Time contract



Location:

Belfast International Airport

Hours:

5 days a week, working 09.00-17.00.

Pay: 60,000 - 70,000 annual salary

Join our team at Belfast International Airport as a Station Manager, playing a crucial role who will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the security operation at Belfast International Airport in line with Wilson James policies, airport procedures and CAA regulations. The Station Manager is ultimately responsible for the operational, administrative, commercial, human resource and financial aspects of the security operation.


About the Role:





As a Station Manager, you will be responsible for:


Operational strategy and departmental goal setting Overall management and resourcing of operations (CSA, OOG, HBS, CP1) against BIA seasonal schedule Control and implementation of SOPs, including change control and operational communication Responsible for managing Aviation Security quality standards, i.e. Compliance Standards, Operational Performance, and Performance Assurance. Accurate reporting and performance tracking against Key Performance Indicators. Responsible for the creation, development and management of data analytics, including operational and performance data, reporting on trends and implementing new strategies.

What we are looking for:





Essential


Deliver excellent customer service and high levels of personal presentation Basic IT Skills Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary Demonstrate reliability, including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance, to ensure team effectiveness and availability Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team. Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public. An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to passenger needs. ASM qualification CTC clearance & clear criminal record check Minimum 3 years of aviation experience
