Brief Description

We are currently recruiting for a Stations Transformation Project Manager to join the team at London Puddle Dock. In this role you will be expected to manage the development and delivery of projects within the routes stations transformation programme, to agreed scope, time, cost and quality requirements, working with relevant directors, sponsors and their representatives.

About the role (External)

Key Accountabilities

\xc2\xb7 Agree remit and success criteria of projects within the routes stations transformation programme with the relevant directors and sponsors.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the development and delivery of projects within the routes stations transformation programme in compliance with company processes and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the production of project management plans for projects within the routes stations transformation programme.

\xc2\xb7 Establish and manage collaborative cross-functional virtual teams to deliver change projects, where appropriate.

\xc2\xb7 Deliver regular progress reports on projects within the routes stations transformation programme, including relevant risks and issues, to the relevant directors and sponsors.

\xc2\xb7 Manage project budgets within agreed targets.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement the stations organisation blueprint in collaboration with the TOCs and relevant stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.

\xc2\xb7 Disseminate lessons learnt.

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

\xc2\xb7 Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience

\xc2\xb7 Relevant experience in the successful management of major and complex change projects

\xc2\xb7 Successful experience of applying project methodologies

\xc2\xb7 Ability to demonstrate commercial and financial awareness

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the principles of investment processes and procedures

Desirable

\xc2\xb7 Member of project association

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of/experience in the UK rail industry.

  • Salary \xc2\xa346,701 to \xc2\xa352,538 dependent on skills and experience of successful candidate.
