About the job:




As the Status & Standards Operations Officer, you will support key areas of activity to support the delivery of our Status & Standards strategy. We are looking for two individuals to join the team on a 0.5 and full time basis.



You will support the work of the team to ensure the successful delivery of professional and specialist status programmes through all the operational aspects of our professional status programmes: the application, participation, review moderation and award processes. In addition, you will provide support to the professional standards and quality activity to ensure professional standards are championed in the sector and quality KPIs are met.



Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from supporting the operational delivery to providing excellent customer experience for our status participants and associates. You will build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders to support the effective delivery of the team KPIs. As this role is part of an evolving team, the nature of the duties may change and develop, according to business needs.



We have two positions available for this role.part time 0.5 FTE on a dual role basis (17.5 hours) Wednesday to Friday full time 1 FTE (35 hours)

Your profile



Professional and specialist status programmes:



Support the application, review, moderation, award and certification processes for our professional and specialist status programmes by:

Assisting applicants to complete their professional formation applications through appropriate advice and guidance on eligibility criteria and the use of the e-portfolio Providing guidance and support to participants and associates Managing the production of award materials and the certification process

Professional Standards



Support the development and maintenance of professional standards for teachers, trainers, leaders, and related roles by:

contributing to administrative tasks, research, and project coordination to ensure relevance and accuracy by: Assisting in the delivery and continuous improvement of self-assessment tools and processes, including data collection, reporting, and user support to enhance sector-wide engagement and reflection. contribute to stakeholder engagement activities by supporting communications, events, and feedback mechanisms that promote awareness, understanding, and quality use of the Professional Standards across the education sector.

Customer experience and events:



Providing customer support and supporting the delivery of status and standard events, including but not limited to:

Providing technical support during the application, submission and awarding of professional and specialist statuses

Data and platforms

Maintaining and updating IT platforms as required. Analysing data to provide insight on the status and quality activity

General administrative duties:



Provide general administrative support for the Quality, Standards and Statuses team by:

Compiling reviewer, moderator and associate contracts, ready for sign off following agreed internal processes

The successful candidate will have:



Desirable to have knowledge of Standards and Statuses and skills to research and develop knowledge Level 3 business administration qualification or equivalent Great team player Proactive Attention to Detail Highly organised. Excellent organisational planning Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office Solution orientated - problem solver, flexible, adaptable & resilient Strong communications skills Operational understanding of CRM systems Data literacy - excel, data manipulation, analysis and interpretation of data, principles of good data management/cleaning.

Starting Salary: 37,150 per annum to start, with service and performance related progression

Location: Remote
