What your days will look like:



Manage and repor

t

on a portfolio of Group entities, ensuring accurate accounting, timely statutory financial statements, and insightful quarterly performance reports for directors. Drive quality and compliance by conducting detailed financial reviews, supporting transitions to new accounting standards, and identifying and mitigating financial reporting risks through strong internal controls. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors, to support consolidation, non-financial reporting, and regulatory submissions such as "Country-by-country" and "Pillar Two" tax reporting. Lead transformation and innovation by contributing to process improvement initiatives, supporting ERP system changes, exploring alternative delivery models, and preparing ad-hoc financial analyses to inform decision-making.

This role is for you if:



A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; and a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Recent experience in statutory financial reporting or a similar financial discipline. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
