As part of our next stage of growth, we're looking for an experienced

Steel Building Erector / Cladder

to join our team and take a lead role on-site installations.

The Role

You'll be working as part of a small, dedicated team installing steel-framed buildings and cladding systems across South Wales and beyond.
Typical duties include:

Erection of structural steel frames (agricultural, commercial, and industrial buildings). Installation of various cladding systems -- box profile, insulated panels, Yorkshire boarding, and fibre cement. Fitting flashings, trims, gutters, and finishing details to a high standard. Reading and working from fabrication and layout drawings. Safe use of access equipment, MEWPs, and telehandlers. Assisting with lifting operations, setting out, and site preparation.
This is a

hands-on, skilled role

suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and can work efficiently without constant supervision.

Experience & Requirements

Proven experience erecting

steel-framed buildings

(agricultural or commercial). Confident with

roof and wall cladding systems

(single-skin, composite, Yorkshire boarding, fibre cement). Comfortable working at height and operating access equipment.

CSCS card

essential.

MEWP / Telehandler ticket

desirable (training can be provided). Ability to read basic drawings and work to site tolerances. Full UK driving licence required.
