We are seeking a skilled Dresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and finishing Steel components for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication processes, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with various grinding tools and equipment. The Dresser will play a crucial role in ensuring that all components meet standards before and after assembly.

Responsibilities

Utilise hand tools and power tools to dress and finish steel parts. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Experience

Proven experience in the steel fabrication industry or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with steel plate work and sections is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to work effectively with hand tools and power tools.
