We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality and food service establishments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in food preparation and service, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards. Manage a team of staff, including training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Assist in drink production activities during busy periods or staff shortages. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of ingredients and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by supporting staff in serving guests efficiently and courteously. Uphold organisational policies related to hospitality, health & safety, and food handling procedures.

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a hospitality environment. Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff. Experience in food safety standards and compliance requirements. Previous barista experience is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Good communication skills to liaise with team members and management efficiently. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment while leading a motivated team towards excellence.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.31 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
