This is a key leadership role within our warehouse operation & ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, champions continuous improvement, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise and support the Stock & Admin team, ensuring daily duties are completed. Set Targets for your team and compile reporting to reflect KPI's. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and supporting profitable business growth. Attend regular management meetings and deliver clear, concise operational reports. Ensure all operational performance standards are met, monitored and maintained in accordance with contractual SLA's. Provide effective leadership, demonstrating company values and fostering a positive team culture. Ensure all legislative and regulatory requirements are met with emphasis on H&S. Oversee all daily stock control tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Implement and manage warehouse stock standards, including cycle count procedures and regular stock checks. Produce accurate WMS stock reports. Monitor and improve stock control processes to enhance operational efficiency. Complete accurate cost capture for charging and billing purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong stock management background with solid warehousing and supply chain knowledge. Confident in reporting, KPI analysis and maintaining high data accuracy. Professional communication skills, including email/telephone etiquette and customer interaction. Skilled in complaint handling, conflict resolution and problem solving. Excellent time management, organisation and proficiency in MS Office. Proven leadership experience with a collaborative, customer?focused approach. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
