Monday to Friday initially working 8am-4pm but then will move onto a rotation of 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm

We are now looking for a Stock and Admin Controller to join our team and take ownership of inventory accuracy, support operational efficiency, and ensure smooth administrative processes within the warehouse environment.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Ensuring stock integrity through regular audits and investigations Managing inbound and outbound stock movements Maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems Liaising with operational teams to resolve discrepancies Producing reports and supporting KPI tracking Supporting administrative tasks including booking, filing, and compliance checks

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous experience in a stock control or warehouse admin role Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organisational skills
