Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Clerk to join our Logistics team and support ongoing operational improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to build on your logistics knowledge and play a key role in keeping our stock and warehouse operations running smoothly.

As a Stock Clerk, you will support the effective storage, control, and management of ingredients across the site. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records, supporting production flow, and contributing to operational excellence. The role will involve regular contact with both suppliers and internal customers.

This is a days based role, Monday - Friday, 0800 - 1600hrs, however flexibility will be required to cover other shifts when necessary.

Main areas of responsibility:



Support and maintain existing processes within current Supply Chain systems. Prepare, verify, and manage all inbound documentation. Monitor stock returns and pallet configurations on site to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ensure timely booking of all work orders and accurate stock updates. Reconcile stock counts promptly and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate waste removal activities in line with site requirements. Maintain and administer the stocktake programme. Ensure correct product storage and inventory accuracy using FIFO/FEFO methodologies. Demonstrate proficiency in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and barcode scanning technology. Promote and maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance across the site.

Required Skills:



Previous experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment (preferred). Strong numeracy and attention to detail. Confident in using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Works with energy, accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility. A team player who actively supports colleagues. Flexible and positive approach to change. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
