We are seeking a

Stock Control Administrator

to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of inventory management administrative functions within a multi-temperature warehouse environment, ensuring excellent service to our customers and comprehensive support to the wider operational team.

The purpose of the role is to control the warehouse processes, always ensuring stock integrity between physical and system quantity through use of Warehouse Management Systems, to improve inventory and stock control in line with Ritter Courivaud's policies and standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:



Assume operational control of the Warehouse Management Systems to maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse. Ensure all inventory control procedures for Goods In, Picking and Loading are adhered to Provide support, training and upskilling to all necessary staff to ensure an adequate level of local expertise. Delivery of perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks. Ensure all perpetual inventory routines are embedded and maintained in line with Company procedures. Analyse Key Performance Indicators and provide management reports as required. Ensure incoming products are received and managed appropriately according to company procedures. Manage quarantine stock, aged stock and slow-moving stock, in line with Company procedures. Accurate and efficient stock counting and date checking. Work with the picking and loading teams to ensure that all work is sequenced in order that satisfies order build, stock replenishment routines and delivery schedules. Ensue the timely and efficient resolution of all inventory anomalies - reviewing, analyszing and reporting as required. Perform system maintenance as required, including archiving and testing and implementing upgrades. Ensure all equipment such as HHT's, AMT's and RDT's are set up and available for use. Promote inventory integrity as a fundamental part of all warehousing activities. Carry out any other reasonable management instructions to the expected standards which ultimately support the business. Ensure that all goods are stored in the appropriate conditions, and that all waste, losses, and damage are kept to a minimum. Good communication and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will have / be:



A team player with experience in working to deadlines. The ability to work effectively, efficiently with initiative and drive under tight timescales whilst maintaining attention to detail. A proven high level of productivity. Computer literate. Minimum 6 months' experience in a warehouse environment. An understanding of Health and Safety Legislation. A sound understanding of distribution processes and procedures. Be physically active due to the nature of the role of dealing with heavy goods.

Desirable, but not essential:



Experience in using a Warehouse Management system. Previous inventory control experience within a manufacturing, distribution or production environment and gained within a fast-moving multi-SKU business. Good Microsoft software Word and Excel knowledge.
The ideal candidate should be a team player and have the ability to deliver in line with Company deadlines. You should have the ability to work on your own initiative, be self-motivated, and have a consistent work methodology.
