Role Overview
We're looking for a dependable and proactive Stock Control Administrator to support our field operations and logistics. This hybrid role combines administrative precision with hands-on support, including driving company vans between offices and assisting with stock control across our fleet.
You'll work closely with our operations and engineering teams to ensure stock levels are accurate, vans are properly equipped, and inter-office logistics run smoothly. This is a team-oriented role requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Key Responsibilities
Drive company vans between offices to support operational needs (clean UK driving licence required)
Assist with stock checks, replenishment, and inventory control across mobile units
Maintain accurate records of stock movements using Excel and our bespoke CRM (training provided)
Collaborate with engineers and managers to ensure vans are stocked according to job requirements
Support the wider operations team with ad hoc admin tasks and logistics coordination
Uphold company standards for safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience
Clean UK driving license (essential)
Confident using Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and tracking
Comfortable learning new systems -- full training provided on our bespoke CRM
Previous experience in stock control, logistics, or admin (preferred but not essential)
