About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Stock Control Lead to take ownership of inventory accuracy and flow across our three warehouse sites.
This is a key role within our logistics operation -- ensuring stock is received, stored, and distributed with precision, and that all movements are reflected correctly in our systems.
You'll work closely with warehouse, quality, and operations teams to drive stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support continuous improvement within our automated and manual warehouse environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day stock control activity across all operational sites.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all stock movements are promptly and correctly recorded.
Monitor warehouse dashboards and reports to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and improve data integrity.
Oversee write-offs, transfers, and adjustments in line with company procedures.
Coordinate with Goods In, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve stock queries efficiently.
Support the development of ongoing cycle counts and perpetual inventory programmes.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and workflow.
Support the implementation of best practices across all stock control processes.
About You
Proven experience in stock control or warehouse leadership, ideally across multiple sites.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Confident user of warehouse management and reporting systems (EasyWMS / Power BI experience advantageous).
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across departments.
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic about finding smarter, more efficient ways to manage stock and streamline operations.
Salary: 25,396.80 - 30,000 depending on experience
Contracted hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Schedule: TBC
