We're Hiring:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Stock Controller Assistant

to support our Stock Controller in inventory management, procurement, and logistics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to the production of world-class bespoke products.

Key Responsibilities:

Support inventory control by maintaining accurate stock records and processing goods in/out. Issue stock to production teams, efficiently and accurately. Manage ordering and receipt of goods from subcontractors, ensuring quality and delivery deadlines. Support stock replenishment in line with production needs. Adhere to quality procedures and safety standards. Liaise with supply chain and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Positive, motivated, and proactive problem-solving mindset. Proven experience in stock control within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with company software systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience with ERP/MRP software systems. Forklift certification (training can be provided). Comfortable lifting and moving items in a warehouse setting. Own transport for independent commuting.
