to join our

Croydon warehouse and stock control team

in a

full-time, permanent position

.

Role Overview - Croydon Store

This

hands-on warehouse role

focuses on:

Stock control and inventory accuracy

Managing internal stock movements

Supporting the wider store and operational teams

It is well-suited to someone who is

detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable in a busy environment

.
Some

flexibility in working hours

is required, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or scheduled stock checks.

You will work extensively with our

Korber stock control system

to monitor inventory and coordinate stock flow.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Retail Support

Assist with restocking and maintain tidy, well-presented displays Provide helpful and friendly customer service when required Rotate stock and monitor expiry dates to minimise waste Ensure product pricing and signage are accurate Follow all food safety procedures for chilled and frozen goods Maintain a

clean, safe, and well-organised work area

Stock Control & Inventory Management

Maintain

accurate inventory records

and resolve discrepancies Record and report

damaged goods or shortages

Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams on

stock movement

Label, store, and track

inbound goods

correctly Conduct

scheduled and ad-hoc stock checks

Respond to

stock availability and location queries

Coordinate stock movement

between the store and external storage

Health, Safety & Team Support

Follow all

health and safety protocols

Use

equipment safely and responsibly

Assist other departments with

stock handling and restocking

Maintain

cleanliness and hygiene standards

in all work areas Support

additional tasks

as requested by line management

Training & Development

Adhere to

company procedures

for stock handling and documentation Take part in

training sessions

and process improvement initiatives Remain open to

learning new systems and tools

What We're Looking For

Strong

attention to detail

Experience with

warehouse systems

(Korber an advantage) Comfortable handling

changing priorities

in a fast-paced environment Good

Flexible with hours
