Stock Controller

(also known as

Inventory Controller

or

Storesperson

) to join our Event Support Team based at our head office in Exhall.

In this vital role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and control of all stock and materials that keep our events running seamlessly - from equipment and consumables to event infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records using our stock control system Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring correct quantities and quality Coordinate with event and logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability Organise and maintain storage areas to high standards of safety and efficiency Monitor stock levels and carry out regular audits Liaise with suppliers to order, track, and restock key items Support event setup and pack-down operations when required

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in stock or inventory control, ideally in an events, logistics or warehousing environment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable using stock management software and basic MS Office tools Forklift licence (desirable but not essential) Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings during peak events
