Job Summary


We are seeking a

meticulous and highly organized Stock Controller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining accuracy across all stock-related operations.

Key Responsibilities



Monitor stock levels regularly to maintain optimal inventory and avoid shortages or surpluses. Update stock information in the system to ensure accurate and real-time data. Verify items received against purchase orders, identifying any discrepancies. Conduct quality control checks on goods received, addressing damages or inconsistencies. Enter purchase details (vendor information, invoices, pricing) into internal databases. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing goods in the system. Perform regular random checks and inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with the purchasing team for inventory management and demand forecasting. Communicate with the sales department to ensure product availability and support operational needs. Propose and implement process improvements for inventory control and supply chain efficiency. Performing random checks and audits Collaboration with the purchasing department for inventory management and demand forecasting. Communication with the sales department to ensure the availability of the necessary products.

Requirements & Skills



Proven experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management procedures. Hands-on experience with inventory management software. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Business Central is a strong advantage. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Active participation in inventory audits. BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Pay: From 35,000.00 per year
