Job Description
Storefast Solutions is a fast-growing, forward-thinking business based in Kent, providing manufacturing, co-packing, and warehousing solutions to the UK beverage industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Controller to manage inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and support the Procurement Manager in their daily stock buying activities. This role is vital in preventing stock discrepancies, maintaining optimal inventory, and supporting internal departments with up-to-date stock data.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate stock records on ERP System. Conduct regular stock checks and audit. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely restocking ready for production activities. Analyse inventory reports to identify trends, slow-moving stock, shortages and short shelf-life stock. Understand open POs and delivery dates, and chase suppliers for updates. Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers regarding stock deliveries. Help develop and implement stock control procedures and policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or similar role. Familiarity with ERP systems preferred. Strong IT proficiency. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
