Stock Controller

Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

We're seeking a meticulous and proactive

Stock Controller

to join our growing Supply Chain team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our inventory is accurate and well-managed, supporting critical operations like Raw Materials, Production, and Transport Planning.

What You'll Do

Monitor and maintain daily stock accuracy (on-site and 3PL) Investigate stock discrepancies and identify root causes Liaise with Production, Transport, and Manufacturing teams for reconciliations Train FLT drivers on M3 warehouse transactions Manage food waste and disposal coordination Keep accurate IBC records and liaise with suppliers Process monthly write-offs and organise distribution orders Flag slow-moving or over-run stock to optimise space and reduce waste

What We're Looking For

At least 5 years' experience in stock control or supply chain Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and a methodical mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (M3 experience is a plus) A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
