We are seeking a well organised hire controller / office administrator for an immediate start at our Abertillery Depot. This is a temporary position with a view of going permanent for the right candidate. KM Plant hire and Groundworks Ltd are a company that specialises in utilities and all aspects of highways and civils works.
Responsibilities
Controlling of plant that is hired in and hired out.
Sourcing various vehicle and plant parts with quotes.
logging all purchases onto an excel spreadsheet and keeping it up to date.
keeping up to date with the sourcing of quotes from all of our suppliers.
liaising with suppliers with regards to plant and equipment damages.
Skills
IT Literate.
Experienced with Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with suppliers at all levels.
