About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Stock Picker
to join our warehouse and logistics team based at Hemlock Way. This role involves accurately picking and packing stock, creating multi-stock packs for retail stores, performing label and product checks, and coordinating with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities
Accurately collate and pick stock for retail stores in line with the picking lists issued by the Allocations Manager. Create multi-stock shop packs for retail stores. Observe, review, and provide feedback to Site Managers on label management and product selection. Liaise with the Delivery and Despatch Supervisor and Logistics Manager regarding stock volumes for dispatch. Support special operational tasks as required. Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly targets. Handle all stock carefully and maintain product quality. Comply with all Health & Safety and Manual Handling policies and procedures.
Essential Skills & Attributes
Good numeracy and literacy skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to apply product knowledge effectively. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
