As the Stockroom Assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house is organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines, you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together, we're not just running a store, but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment
Create a highly organized stockroom following store operations best practices
Ensure size availability on the shop floor together with the Store Management team
Implement commercial activities including sales in the stockroom
Train all colleagues on store logistic training and best practices
Qualifications

English language skills
Preferable but not mandatory
Understanding of store operations & customer service skills from previous retail experience
Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc
Additional Information
