The Stockroom Manager will be responsible for managing all
logistical and organisational activities related to product
, ensuring efficient stock flow and accuracy across all channels.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage all inbound and outbound product movements accurately and on time;
Ensure proper acceptance, organisation, and care of all stock deliveries;
Oversee regular replenishment (pick & pack) from the external platform to maintain optimal stock levels on both the shop floor and in stockrooms;
Continuously rationalise stock across all areas (Shop Floor SR, Off Shop Floor SR, Platform);
Manage end-of-season returns and transfers back to HQ;
Organise and supervise year-end and category-specific inventories to guarantee accuracy of stock on hand;
Oversee digital sales operations (B2E).
Profile:
Previous experience in
RTW product management
or
luxury/menswear
stock operations preferred;
Experience within a
department store
environment is an advantage, given the additional layers of standards and operational procedures;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
Accuracy, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
