As we expand, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Stockroom Operative to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for a proactive individual who is comfortable both in a warehouse environment and on the road, ensuring the seamless flow of goods between our stockroom and schools.

Role Overview:



As our Stockroom operative, you will be the backbone of our inventory and logistics operations. You'll oversee the stockroom, ensuring efficient organisation, accurate inventory tracking, and seamless coordination with purchasing and distribution teams. Your role is critical in maintaining the flow of educational materials and tech products that support our mission.

During quieter periods, the role will also involve assisting with basic IT tasks such as laptop builds, hardware setup, and supporting networking activities as required. Full training will be provided.

We are also happy for this role to be undertaken as an apprenticeship, providing the successful candidate with the chance to earn while they learn, gain hands-on experience, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day stockroom operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products and supplies Perform multi-drop deliveries to customer sites in a professional and timely manner Receive, unload, and check deliveries for accuracy against paperwork Coordinate with project and sales teams to forecast stock needs and avoid shortages Implement and uphold stockroom safety and cleanliness standards Optimize storage layouts for efficiency and ease of access Prepare regular reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with inventory management software is desirable Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing company environment Excellent communication skills A full, clean, manual driving licence Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
