The InPost Newstrade division specialises in final-mile delivery for newspaper publishers and magazine distributors, covering 75% of the UK and Ireland with a 45% market share. Operating from 36 locations, it delivers almost 1bn newspapers, magazines, and collectibles to around 21,000 customers. The division includes core final-mile operations, magazine primary distribution, corporate distribution, outsourced retail consultancy, and airside media placement.


Committed to innovation and sustainability, it has introduced the i-Menzies app, featuring 'Track My Delivery,' which provides customers with an estimated 20-minute delivery window.



About the role:



Location: Belfast Depot, 1 1 Arport Road West, BT3 gED



Shift Pattern:




Monday -08:00am - 4:00pm

Tuesday - 08:00am - 4:00prn

Wednesday - 08:00am - 4:00pm

Thursday - 08:00am - 4:00pm

Friday 08:00am - 3:00pm

-cover Saturday shift 6am - 12noon-''

Hours:

37 hrs

Salary:

12.21 per hour + Responsibility pay





What you'll be doing:




Inpost newstrade are looking for a Stockroom/CRU Supervisor to join our team to provide a first-class service with our team in Belfast working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers.



Daily workload will include:



Daily running of stockroom, Counting and inbounded over stock after HS packs using SAP Packing EPOS/SBR/claims orders daily. Palletising stock to be stored or returned to publishers. Carry out stock movements in SAP Monitor stock through inventories weekly Complete stock audits Deal with publisher requests and returns Locate over-stocks, enabling efficient compiling of customer orders. Check the quality of packed orders. CRU duties when cover is needed. Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy. Adhere to company procedures and policies. Disciplinaries / investigations.
