Role and responsibilities
- Customer Service; Front of house and reception, including phone answering
- Shop sales
- General administration
- Ordering
- Stock control and returns
Details
- Customer service; front of house and reception
o First point of contact for customers. This includes answering the phone and dealing with customers in the shop.
- Shop sales
o Process chemical and pool related product sales.
o Ensure the shop is clean, tidy and fully stocked (including the spa on display).
o Ensure pricing of product is current and correct.
- General administration
o Filing and general administration duties, supporting other team members.
o Updating literature available for customers.
- Ordering
o Order chemicals and pool products for the shop when needed.
o Water for the cooler.
o Arrange collection and exchange of skips on site.
o Placing specific orders for engineers when required and finding prices.
- Stock control and returns
o Receive and process goods in.
o Organise and process returns, keeping records up to date.
Attributes:
- Personable, phone confident, self-motivated, team worker, well organised, efficient.
- Basic computer skills preferred
Hours:
30 hours a week (Monday-Friday) 9am-3pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.00-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
