Thrift Supply is a Gloucester-based store dedicated to offering second-hand items at unbeatable prices, all while helping to reduce textile waste. Operating as a kilo sale, we price all our items based on weight, allowing our customers to find great bargains and contribute to a more sustainable future.
What you'll do
Customer engagement - inform customers on the concept of vintage/second hand clothing (more affordable, sustainable). Promote social media pages/website to customers, always aim to show the Thrift Supply in the best light. Be friendly (leaves good impressions + helps sales)
Open and Close Store- You will hold the responsibility of closing and opening the store.
Managing stock- When new stock arrives, ensure it is promptly hung up and organised. Keep the rails fully stocked and presentable throughout the day, making sure that the store remains inviting and well-maintained.
Communication - Weekly catch-up with the store manager- new stock delivery's needed, what's happened in store (e.g. theft, trends, etc), general update.
