Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services to enhance the customer experience. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork. Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
