Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist the store management team in promoting new business by handling telephone, email and in-person inquiries from new Domestic & Business customers. - Upsell additional products or services to customers - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor/store environment
- Guide prospects or current customers through the rental process, tour available spaces/amenities, identifying storage needs and providing solutions. - Prepare rental agreements and maintaining files in a manner adherent to GDPR. - Process vacates accurately and ensure great customer service to the last transaction. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints (if not to be escalated to Store Management Team), questions, leases and enforcing rules/regulations with tenants to ensure auditable standards are met. - Collection Duties: conduct collection calls for delinquent tenants/past due balances daily, assisting with debt processes i.e. emailing/sending out SMS reminders and telephoning customers to deal with any debt issues.
- Keeping inventories for merchandise. - Reporting/documenting emergencies and incidents. - Overseeing/helping with daily inspection of facility, rental checks, maintenance and common areas.
Skills: - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. - Ability to sell products and persuade customers to make purchases. - Reliable grasp of maths for accurately delivering quotations, offers and handling customer accounts queries.
- Accurate and compliant use of the relevant in house and external software systems used in store to manage our customer's journey, including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) - Strong phone etiquette for answering customer calls and providing information or assistance. - Organizational skills to keep track of inventory, restock reception, and maintain visual merchandising standards. - Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals.
Required to be driving/mobile between sites if necessary
