We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selections, and maintaining an organised sales environment. Duties

Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in a professional manner Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable options based on customer needs Operate cash registers efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and process payments using various methods Restock shelves and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and visually appealing Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and store policies Assist in organising stockroom inventory and conducting regular stock checks Address customer queries or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary Uphold health and safety standards within the store environment

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if needed Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
