As a Store Assistant, you will be a key part of the WNU team, providing excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and maintaining high visual standards.
You will help ensure every customer feels valued and supported while contributing to the store success by achieving individual and team sales goals.
Customer Experience:
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every customer.
- Assist customers with product selections, offering styling advice and detailed product information to enhance their shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Sales Support:
- Support the team in achieving sales targets by delivering exceptional service and promoting upselling opportunities.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in executing in-store promotions and events to drive sales and engagement.
Visual Merchandising:
-Maintain high visual and presentation standards, ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Support the team in setting up displays and replenishing inventory to reflect WNU's brand aesthetic.
Operational Tasks:
- Assist with stock management, including unpacking deliveries, organizing stockrooms, and conducting inventory checks.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

- Passionate about fashion, style, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers.
- A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
