Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in retail. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your role will also involve maintaining the store's appearance and inventory levels.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor and stockroom Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential Basic communication skills with the ability to engage with customers A friendly and approachable with other colleagues Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
