We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. Your passion for retail and commitment to delivering a positive shopping experience will contribute significantly to our store's success.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

Crucial:

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock takes. Stay updated on product promotions, sales, and new arrivals to effectively inform customers.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.

Hard working

and willing to learn. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. A genuine interest in helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
