Overview

Need a staff ASAP for our shop locally for part-time 20 hours per week. We will discuss the wages in person.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
