Job Description
We are looking to recruit a
Store Assistant / Delivery Driver
to join a highly successful, established, family run business that has an outstanding reputation within the Agricultural industry.Store duties will involve dealing with and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner, checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and well presented Store at all times. The position will also involve making multi drop deliveries to customers in our trading area when required, and driving a fork lift truck (training will be provided). The role involves a degree of manual handling so candidates will need to be physically fit. A full driving licence is required. The full time hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and one Saturday in six.
This is an active role and you will be working as part of a close knit team in a friendly environment. Applicants should be enthusiastic, reliable, have a positive work attitude and be comfortable talking to customers.
