As Store Leader, you'll be the driving force of one of our busiest locations -- leading your team, creating the right energy in store, and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.

What you'll do:

Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver great service and Damn Fine Coffee(TM) Take ownership of your store's performance -- from sales to standards Build a culture where people love to work and customers love to visit Keep operations on track -- managing stock, people, and day-to-day performance

What we're looking for:

Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment A people-first approach -- you'll get the best out of your team by leading from the front Energy, resilience, and confidence in a busy, city-centre setting A results-driven mindset with the ambition to grow your store and your career
