As Lympsham Store Leader, youll be the engine powering our sales floor leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team of Business Managers and Sales Consultants. Youll be at the forefront of delivering record-breaking results and creating an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
Leading by example: coach, support, and energise your team to smash sales targets
Driving a high-performance culture through performance reviews, mentoring, and KPIs
Creating a positive, professional, and supportive workplace where people thrive
Overseeing a smooth, compliant, and customer-centric sales process
Taking charge of stock control and vehicle valuations
Reporting key data insights to our Senior Leadership Team
Managing exciting sales campaigns and promotional strategies
Ensuring top-tier service, from first contact to aftersales support
Upholding compliance with FCA, GDPR, and company policies
Person Specification:
Proven leadership experience in automotive sales
A passion for people and performance
Strong knowledge of car finance and insurance products
Confident in analysing data and turning it into action
Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset
Experienced with dealership management systems (DMS)
Knowledge of compliance standards including FCA and GDPR
