Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedidcated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will lead a small team, focusing on driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering team development & employee ownership.

Responsibilites

:

Ensure excellent cusotmer service is provided at all times. Maintain high standards on the shop floor, ensuring optimal product presentation. Process deliveries, merchandise the department, and drive sales to achieve targets. Collaborate with the team to uphold operational standards both front and back of house. Lead special events and promotions in-store

Requirements

:

Minimum 2 years experience in ladies' fashion, preferably in a management or supervisory level. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards. Excellent communication skills. Strong commercial awareness. Proficient in visual merchandising. Abililty to effectively manage and motivate a sales team. Basic IT knowledge Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and cover sickness and holidays.

Contracted Hours

- 30 hours per week, 5 days a week
