We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-organised store environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Train, supervise, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment for customers. Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in retail management. Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customers. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Strong administrative skills for managing reports, budgets, and compliance matters. Experience in supervising staff in a retail environment is essential.
